Reise is a streamlined B2B travel platform designed to simplify the way travel agencies, corporate partners, and suppliers collaborate. Built to optimize multi-destination itinerary planning and bulk booking management, the platform brings efficiency, transparency, and automation to an industry often tangled in manual processes.
Reise empowers travel businesses to manage bookings, build travel packages, and communicate with suppliers from a centralized platform. My role focused on simplifying the end-to-end journey—mapping workflows, understanding operational pain points, and designing solutions that reduce friction for both internal users and partner agencies. I worked closely with cross-functional stakeholders to define the MVP, shape feature prioritization, and document core flows like package creation, approval routing, and cost breakdowns.
Legacy B2B travel systems relied heavily on manual coordination, emails, and spreadsheets—leading to inefficiencies, errors, and delays in package delivery and approvals. The team needed a scalable digital solution that could adapt to various supplier workflows while maintaining clarity and control.
